The 08ESE-F Energy Star Electronic Window Air Conditioner has a variety of modes that give it excellent energy-efficiency. When in the energy-saver mode, this air conditioning unit turns off once the room has been cooled to the desired temperature, and turns back on as necessary to maintain the temperature. In auto mode, this AC unit chooses whether to use the air-circulating fans, dehumidifier or air conditioner to cool the room in the most energy-efficient manner. The sleep mode makes it decrease the cooling by 2 degrees after one hour and by 4 degrees after two hours while you sleep. The window unit air conditioner can also be run with just the three fans or only as a dehumidifier. This AC includes a remote with "iFeel" technology - with the push of a button, the thermostat sensor changes from the AC unit to the actual remote control, allowing you to fully cool the room. With a 24-hour timer setting, you are able to run this AC and have the room cool right when you get home!
