Designed for installation into double hinged casement windows, this air conditioning unit is an excellent alternative to significantly more expensive central AC systems. An included dehumidifying system is the perfect solution for hot, muggy days! A 24 hour timer on this AC unit allows you to set it to turn on when you are not home, perfect for pet owners or those that want to come home to a comfortable environment. The "sleep mode" feature decreases the cooling by 2 degrees after one hour and by 4 degrees after two hours, saving on compressor usage and using less energy while you sleep. Also included with this unit is an easy-to-read digital display, a four speed fan, four-direction louvers, handy remote control and a removable, washable filter.
