The 18ESE Energy Star Electronic Window Air Conditioner offers incredible cooling capabilities, lowering the temperature and humidity with ease. In addition to having a cooler and dehumidifier, this air conditioning unit features three fans which circulate the air, perfect for preventing the room from getting stuffy. With an 18,000 BTU cooling capacity, this window unit air conditioner is very powerful and a fraction of the cost of an expensive central air conditioning system. Despite all of its power, this window unit air conditioner is designed for energy-efficiency, featuring a sleep mode and an auto mode. The sleep mode decreases the cooling by 2 degrees after one hour and by 4 degrees after two hours, preventing the unit from working too hard in the cooler evening hours. An auto mode allows the AC to detect current room temperatures and operates accordingly, which also prevents it from inefficiently overworking. A 24-hour timer allows you to set this air conditioner to run any time, even when you are away from home. A remote control makes it easy to operate the unit from anywhere in the room.
