This is the first and only 2 in 1 home ironing board. The generous ironing surface is perfect for regular garments, and it includes an extension piece for oversized pieces like tablecloths and linens. A snap to install, the extension's shape is also great for quilters and knitters alike. Each board comes with two cover pads and a heat and fire resistant insert at the end of the oversized cover for resting the iron directly on it. This ironing board is designed to last for years, with a treated galvanized work surface covered with a mesh screen, allowing maximum passage of steam. Tube frame construction offers maximum stability. Includes an an iron tray that can be used for an iron or an ironing station. It is permanently riveted to the underside of the board for extra security. Double wishbone legs eliminate wobbling. I looked every where for a quality ironing board, but could not find one. This is it! Love the large work area and the space for the iron. Haven't used the extension piece yet, but know it will be great for table cloths during the holidays.
