I'm not getting any younger, and neither are my knees. My lowest cupbords were almost wasted space, as I was unable to get anything that wasn't right at the front. Now I can open the door, slide out the rack, and access everything easily and without pain. These racks are sturdy enough for all my cooking gear, including heavy small appliances, like blender, food processor, waffle iron.

This slide-out assembly was just the ticket for
a large, low cabinet that has a lot of stuff
crammed in it. The slide out allows us to
pull the whole mess out into the open to find
what we need.
A model with really HIGH sides would be better
yet. At least 18 inches for our application.
