I've tried SEVERAL over the door shoe racks over the years (all plastic and they break within a few months), and this is, by far, THE BEST!!! My 12 year old daughter and I put it up and within a short period of time, we put over 25 pairs of shoes on the rack. I'm SO PLEASED with this rack and the company! No hassles, it arrived on time, no shipping fees, etc. I received what I bought (unfortunately, it doesn't always happen that way when buying online!). I'm VERY HAPPY with this purchase!
