My 12 year old daughter and I put it up and within a short period of time, we put over 25 pairs of shoes on the rack. I'm SO PLEASED with this rack and the company! No hassles, it arrived on time, no shipping fees, etc. I received what I bought (unfortunately, it doesn't always happen that way when buying online!). I'm VERY HAPPY with this purchase!

Could be a little stronger since I have young men (shoes are heavier), but works okay for us, to keep shoes up off the floor and more organized.
