Seems like it was manufactured with that defect. It's slight and we can cover it up, so we are happy. We got the 37" sink top and it turns out that it has THREE holes, not a single hole like it says in the description. Now we have to pay to return the single-hole faucet that we had ordered to go along with the sink.
