After several attempts, we gave up. Service and delivery comments: We were very excited to find a nice screen like this, but we had several problems with the way the manufacturer packaged the screens. The boxes continued to get damaged when they were shipped UPS. Any damage to the box would damage the screens because of the way it was packaged.
