this is an ok shoe rack. it was a bit difficult to put together and seems a bit cheaply made. its a bit wobbly and pretty ugly - although it does hold a lot of shoes and thats all i really wanted it for. i would not reccommend this for someone looking for a strudy high end rack - and don't plan to keep it somewhere highly visible.

seemed great at first but within 3 months the weight of the shoes completely warped the base causing it to bend over itself and collapse... in the market for a (sturdier) replacement already.

At first this item seemed to do the job even though it was kind of tough to put together because many of the metal rods would not fit properly in the holes. After putting all my shoes on it (evenly distributed weight) it took about a month before it started falling apart. I would hear shoes falling off inside the closet and then I would see the rods had fallen out and all my shoes had tumbled down. Complete waste of money..and I bought 2 of these too.

Had to return product because some poles were not cut the correct size. A little too wiggly. Instructions warn you not to put heavy items on top and distribute weight evenly because it can tip over. Bottom foot bracket puts rack about 5" from wallboard.
