The material that the rack is made out of is very durable and easy to clean. I really like the setup of the cubby holes where you put your shoes. To date the only problem that I have had is with the metal hangers that go at the top of the door. They have begun to bend under the weight of the shoes on the rack. The rack is at full capacity, so that could be a reason for the bending. Overall, I do enjoy my purchase and think of it as a good buy.

I must be doing something wrong, because the organizer keeps falling off the door. Also, the ties that are meant to wrap around the handle ripped off the organizer as it fell off. Looks like the organizer isn't sturdy enough to hold the weight of the shoes.
