Cedar is very durable, yet lightweight, and does not shrink or warp. No chemical preservatives are used. When left untreated, white cedar weathers gracefully to a silver grey, or can be stained or painted. Hardware is coated to make it rust-resistant. Ecologically Sound Commitment: This cedar wood is harvested from plentiful, renewable source areas, and never clear-cut.
