Everything was great except that we didn't have any hardware to mount the tv to the mount. Other than that, it was great!

Great piece of furniture. Delivered intact and assembled sturdy. Hardware included served the purpose. I overcame one transposition of item 16 and item 19 in the instructions.... but the rest was truly something for [other furniture retailers] to learn from.
