The innovative DuoSharp Bench Stone hand knife sharpener is precision flat, with two diamond surfaces guaranteed to provide consistent, even sharpening every time. This 8" diamond whetstone with non-skid mat is an excellent counter and bench sharpener, with a larger, wider diamond surface for sharpening a variety of edges. This diamond whet stone is available in 2 styles: Extra-Fine / Fine (item #124018) and Fine / Coarse (item #124019). The Extra-Fine diamond (9 micron / 1200 mesh) polishes and refines a razor edge after sharpening with a coarser diamond. Fine diamond (25 micron / 600 mesh) gives you that razor sharp edge! The Coarse diamond (45 micron / 325 mesh) quickly restores a neglected edge. Sharpening with these chef knife sharpeners is fast and easy. No messy oils are needed - sharpen dry or with water.
