I purchased another paper sorter from Staples, for a few dollars less, but the shelves were flimsy cardboard. This piece is perfect for what I needed. It was easy to put together, not too heavy, and durable. It fit the space requirements and was worth paying a few dollars more for exactly what I wanted.

We needed something for sorting mail in our 8-person office. This does the trick. My only wish is that there were options with larger compartments.

I'm not the most handy person & I hate directions that ONLY have pictures, but I did OK putting these together (1 mistake, but I was able to fix it pretty easily).I got the maple & the pale wood matches well with the rest of my furniture (I've got these in the 'work corner' of my living room). [...] The only thing I would change is making the dividers a tiny bit thicker so I can more easily label what is in each cubby. But it's a small complaint. Overall, it's sturdy & does what it needs to do. Cats regularly climb on it & it holds up fine & no scratches are showing.
