I was having no luck until I came across Stacks And Stacks' website. This is a beautiful, sturdy 4-tier wood spice rack that wasn't terribly expensive. It looks great it my kitchen & was easy to hang with a couple of screws & anchors. It comfortably holds 20 spice jars of mine without being too crowded. [...]. I'm very happy with my purchase!

Once I contacted customer service, they expressed a replacement to me within two days! The process for dealing with the problem was easy. The rack itself is attractive and beautifully made.
