Additional Features: The gel fuel fireplace has all the benefits of a wood-burning fireplace without any of the mess. Gel fuel is great because it snaps and crackles, sounding like a real fire, but doesn't have any smoke or odor. Each can lasts up to 3 hours on a single burn. The fireplace can hold up to 3 gel fuel cans at once. Gel fuel is sold separately. The gel fuel fireplace comes with a metal firebox, cement log, faux coal cinder and a screen kit. WARNING: positioning anything on top of your fireplace mantel poses a degree of risk especially in the case of electronic appliances or equipment. If you elect to display a television we recommend that it be a slim profile flat-screen and that it be positioned away from the front edge of the mantel where there is a degree of heat generated from the firebox.
