I bought this along with the medium size jar. The medium was very nice - good quality - just what I expected. The large size was horrible by comparison. It had a different, cheaply made stamped metal lid; the bottom was bowed out so the jar doesn't sit flat; and the glass is paper thin. I don't see how they can claim both of these are from the same product line. What a disappointment.
