        The back seat organizer took a couple minutes of adjustment for install. It sits neatly on the back of the front seats and stores all the gadgets the kids bring along on trips; ipods, camera's, dvd's etc...

        It didnt' fit nearly as well as I had hoped! The ties were flimsy and took some effort to attach! I bought two, one for my SUV and one for my Prius! Neither met expectation.

            Looked good in the picture. When I put it on it was ok. However, the bottom part does not fit up tight to the seat it was attached to so if we tilt the seats back even a little the whole thing ends up rubbing on the legs of whoever is sitting there. We ended up moving them to the rear seat, but that kind of defeats the purpose of having them there for the kids to use. No matter how many times I readjust the umbrella, it keeps falling out of the straps and my kids trip on it getting out of the van.

            Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
