I ordered this product as a Christmas gift for my daughter. I love the concept of this product, but I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the product. It looked like it was used because a piece of wood had been glued back onto the product. The slats did not fit together properly and letters would slide right through the compartments. I didn't return it because the shipping fees would have cost me more than the product. It is a good thing my son in law is a woodworker, because he had to literally "repair" the product in order to use it. Very dissappointed!

This is a great letter holder, at a really good price. My only complaint is that it is not big enough to hold larger envelopes like cards etc.

I have this little rack hanging in the kitchen to hold pens, labels, notepads - all the stuff that was cluttering the table and a "junk" drawer. I really like the design and look of the rack. It's attractive and natural looking. I didn't really need the hooks, but I'm sure I will figure out something to hang from them. I had a very small space to work with and this rack fit perfectly. It seems well made and was easy to hang. I gave 4 stars, but don't have any problems with it - just seems like 5 stars is for something really stellar and beyond expectations.
