One of the chair cushions arrived damaged, after several calls I was able to get a replacement sent to me. Also the chair cushions do not come with holes in the bottom to attach to the frame, so you will need a drill. The seat cushions are made out of some strange material that dent when you sit and you have to wait a while for the shape to come back, also they are super firm. I would not say comfortable. I will more then likely replace them with my own cushions in the future. But hey if you don't have a lot to spend the set seems heavy duty and looks nice.
