I read in previous reviews that the holes in the pieces didn't line up properly. They must have fixed this because my experience was different. The assembly went perfectly, easier than I thought it would. We are very pleased with the results!.....I did have reason to speak with customer servive and she was very kind and extremely helpful!...Thanks!...

Arrives in 3 large, heavy boxes, so be prepared. LOTS of packaging. Directions are pretty clear; assembly took most of an afternoon. Finished product looks great, with tons of functionality. Only drawback so far is the fact one of the main upper molding pieces is slightly warped, causing a cabinet door to appear to be ajar.
