Confidence and Toughness – You need to have both

vancouver_sunrun_marathon_665932_l.jpgRunners have it and you can too! Former first lady Rosalynn Carter stated, “You have to have confidence in your ability, and then be tough enough to follow through.”

I think that this is true in many things, especially overcoming overwhelm you feel. So many of us get paralyzed by our to-do list, that we lose our toughness and maybe even our confidence in our ability to get the job done. Sometimes we know what we need to do to make our organizing projects successful, but there are so many steps that we lose our momentum – toughness.

What do you do to keep both confidence and toughness strong? Do you agree with Rosalynn? Share with me in the comment section of this posting.
To your success!
