We found the coolest book – Food Drying with an Attitude!

Along with really cool pictures (like the one here – Dried Pineapple Flowers!), it has directions for making everything from melt-in-your-mouth Kale Flakes to Unforgettable Spam Jerky (yeah, you read it right – Spam!).

This book has it all - recipes for hunters and vegetarians, hikers and adventurers, crafters and even pets! Plus it has a slew of recipes incorporating different dried ingredients. I can’t wait to get a food dehydrator and start drying things!
