My favorite thing about the holidays is sharing them with my 3 year old daughter.

My favorite part of the holidays is the gathering of family and friends from near and far. We assemble as great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, children, grandchildren, greatchildren, aunts, uncles, as well as in-laws and outlaws, cousins and significant others. Our street resembles a parking lot and controlled chaos prevails indoors. We share good food, games, laughter and memories of those who are no longer with us. We remember our blessings and are warmed by the realization that our time together is most precious and life perseveres.
