My Go-to Appetizer (and a crowd favorite)…

ParsleyI am always asked for this recipe by at least one person at every party. It is simple to put together in just a few minutes, no cooking required!

I call it Parsley Ginger Dip. Enjoy!


1/2 Bunch Curly Parsley, minced
2 T. Grated Fresh Ginger
1 tsp. grated garlic
1 cup Olive Oil
1/2 cup Balsamic Vinegar
salt and pepper to taste

1 Loaf French Bread cubed (for dipping)

Simply mix all of the top ingredients together and serve with a spoon for ladling over cubed bread.
