Looking for something to eat (or do) on Valentine's Day? Here are some resources from around the web to celebrate the day this year:
Cooking for the Family? Taste of Home has recipes to cover pretty much the entire day, from breakfast (Camembert Souffles!!!) to dinner (Chicken with Cherry Sauce). Since Valentine's Day is a school-day this year, I'll skip the breakfast recipes, but who says you can't have souffle for dinner?
Hanging with Friends? Sunset had a feature this month on How to Throw a Dessert Party – Perfect for entertaining a group of single friends. The recipes are simple, and you can skip the dinner part for less-stress.
Snuggling Up on the Sofa? Whether you are alone or with your love, a movie is a great way to relax without any pressure to entertain. BHG's guide lists their editor's picks for top romantic movies.
My personal favorite is 50 First Dates starring Drew Barrymore and Adam Sandler, and on our plates I will be serving Chocolate Mud Pie.
How about you? Do you like to live it up on Valentine's Day or Lie Low?
