You are the embodiment of the information you choose to accept and act upon. To change your circumstances you need to change your thinking and subsequent actions.
“Don't wait until everything is just right. It will never be perfect. There will always be challenges, obstacles and less than perfect conditions. So what. Get started now. With each step you take, you will grow stronger and stronger, more and more skilled, more and more self-confident and more and more successful.”
~Mark Victor Hansen

"What this power is I cannot say; all I know is that it exists and it becomes available only when a man is in that state of mind in which he knows exactly what he wants and is fully determined not to quit until he finds it."
~Alexander Graham Bell
"It is our attitude at the beginning of a difficult task which, more than anything else, will affect It's successful outcome."

Don’t be fooled by the calendar. There are only as many days in the year as you make use of. One man gets only a week’s value out of a year while another man gets a full year’s value out of a week.
It’s not enough to be busy, so are the ants. The question is, what are we busy about?

"Stop fighting your creative spirit that is struggling to break free inside you. You will not be the person you were meant to be until you free this creative spirit and find ways to put it to use. Freeing your creative spirit will not send you into financial ruin or cause havoc with your life, if you acknowledge the creative side of you and find ways to gradually blend it into your thought process. What will happen is that you will find happiness you didn't know existed and you will become the person you were meant to be."
~ Edward W. Smith, "The One Minute Motivator"

"Make room for the new you. You may not have totally determined who the new you is going to be, but you probably have decided that there are some things about the current you, that you want to change. Well while you are working on what the new you will be, start 'cleaning out a room' for the new you to live in. Get rid of the junk in your life both physical and mental that doesn't fit you anymore. Take things out of your schedule that are taking your time away from finding out what you want to do. By making room for the new you, you will create a vacuum that the new you will rush in to fill and you will be on your way to the top."
~Edward W. Smith, "Sixty Seconds To Success"

"Organizing is what you do before you do something, so that when you do it, it's not all mixed up."
~ Christopher Robin, Winnie the Pooh, A. A. Milne
A little planning and organization makes any task easier and more manageable. And the time it take to do is always less than the time wasted in attempting the task without it.
I'll be organizing my bathroom cabinet this weekend with one of these.
Are you planning a project this weekend?
Early in my career I felt that organization would destroy my creativity. Whereas now, I feel the opposite. Discipline is the concrete that allows you to be creative.
Funny how so many of us are held subject to the myth that organization and creativity are opposites and at odds with one another.
Have a great weekend!
