This bag is more attractive and serviceable than I expected. While it's not the current tote that everyone is carrying, it's quite roomy, and I'm always surprised at how much I can stuff into it. I use it to carry my diet lunch to work, which means frozen food and cold drink, as well as a sweater or coverup, small purchases, book I'm reading and more. I love the bag. I have two criticisms: (1) the insulation is very thin, and while I carry frozen food in it, I travel a very short distance from home to the office, where the lunch goes immediately into the office frig freezer, so I have not given the insulation a serious test; (2) the handle is a little too short for comfortable shoulder-carrying, particularly when bag is full. The bag sits directly under armpit; however, it is comfortable on the arm or carrying it like a shopping bag.
