    Sturdy and attractive, this was easy to assemble and fits into our mixed decor in an elegant, understated way. We were pleasantly surprised that this is not the usual cruddy quality we have found with these economy priced shelves. A great price. We were very pleased with this purchase. [...] quick to set up. After well over a year, we find no problem with it.

    I wouldn't suggest this bookcase to someone I didn't like! The cheap vaneer was chipped, right out of the box. The shelving brackets are plastic, along with the "trim" caps. This couldn't cost more than twenty bucks to manufacture, so why anyone would pay over a hundred for it is beyond me.
