I was pleased to see how sturdy there trays are.
We plan to use them as inserts which will slide under a wooden boot drying rack my friend is making.Saw a similar item in a magazine and knew he could make it for far less. They could easily be used alone to hold muddy or wet shoes and boots.

I have seen better boot trays. These are a cheap construction. They do work for out in the garage. I don't think I would like them in the house as much. They are a little small. It would be hard to fit 2 pairs of ski boots on them. I can fit 3 pairs of shoes, size 7. My husband can fit 2 pairs, size 13.
