This also makes a great window seat! These benches arrive unfinished, so you can stain or paint them any color you wish! Height between seat and shelf in the center is 9 5/8".

This shoe bench is very high quality wood and is designed so it is easy to assemble and extremely sturdy. As a shoe bench it could use one more shelf under the seat, and could fit one easily. Other than that it is an excellent deal for the price.
