The shelves won't chip, warp or peel as they are made of durable injection molded thermoplastic resin. The 1/4" safety lip on each shelf helps keep items in place. Open shelves make accessing media components on this portable stand easy. A slide out tray can be used for a keyboard or laptop. There is also a slide out shelf on the side for additional storage. Three outlets and a 15 foot cord provide a place to plug in electronics on this laptop stand. Full swivel ball bearing casters on this laptop stand allow it to be moved throughout the office and has locking breaks that allow this stand to be secured when in place.
