Best Uses Comments about Stacks and Stacks Car Seat Cover - Upholstery Protector: Because I can't afford to start over I'm making do. I use the shoulder straps to try and secure the cover on the seat. It needs something more to attach to the sides of the seat to keep it down. I have to re-place it with each use.
