Easy to assemble (took <15 minutes). Comes together very nicely. My only pet peeve is that if you're storing DVDs, you end up with just a little bit of extra space that doesn't hold anything well (assuming you space for maximum # of shelves).
Otherwise, good price, good delivery, no complaints. I bought two.
