Comments about Stacks and Stacks Chrome Adjustable Garment Rack: My wife loaded it up with her clothes and it worked for a few days until the clamps that adjust the height started to slip. The clothes bar would slide down on one side. Eventually, neither side would stay up, so I drilled a hole through each one and put an aluminum pin through them. That did it. Then in the middle of the night, the entire rack fell over. The base uses plastic parts with small steel rods which twisted. Now the whole rack will not stand without leaning. Not a good purchase but it seemed sturdy at first. Obviously can't hold a normal load of clothes without collapsing. Too many cheap plastic parts, and we didn't even use the wheels which would have made it even MORE unstable.
