Comments about Stacks and Stacks Grocery Cart - Collapsible Shopping Cart: The cart is good for the intent of transporting groceries from vehicle to 3rd floor apartment. I just used it a few days ago and it was easier to get my groceries to my apartment. However, it's not the easiest to maneuver since wheels do not swivel, you can only push or pull the cart. When I got into elevator it could not be turned around. The black vinyl cover on the handle bar slips - it's not tight on the handle or fastened down. Service and delivery comments: The delivery was prompt and I was happy about that, however the box was damaged so I knew right away that the cart was probably damaged as well. I don't know if it was done by UPS or what. When I opened the box the cart was a mess. I called Stacks and Stacks and they shipped me a replacement and even had UPS pick up the damaged one. Pros
