I've worked with Courtney over the course of two months to get this rectified, however I have received the wrong (dark brindle) twice and now the "medium brindle" I ordered and paid for is out of stock. Terrible shopping experience. This was my first and last experience with Stacks and Stacks. I understand things go wrong, that's where customer service comes into play, and in this case, you couldn't deliver.
Very disappointed. I so badly wanted this gorgeous medium brindle cowhide rug.
