When opened, this cart is 36"H, the top is 30" x 20.5" and the two lower shelves are 26.8" x 16.5". When it is folded, it must be leaned against a secure surface (like a wall); it cannot stand on its own. Since this cart can support up to 80 pounds, you can also put small appliances on it!
