This unique table top convection oven is one of the first to incorporate Nano-Carbon Fiber and FIR heating elements. Due to its deep heat penetration and instant heating, food does not need to be defrosted prior to cooking. Built with two fans for quick and even heat distribution, this counter top convection oven will save you up to 30% in cooking time and energy costs. Nano-Carbon Fiber and FIR (Far Infrared) heating element is the newest in heating technology. It has the capability of reaching 1832 degrees F in one second, while traditional heating elements average 1,292 degrees F in three minutes. Emits FIR wavelengths of 3um to 20um. This electric convection oven is reinforced by quartz glass for fast heat conduction and radiation. It features see through Corning glass bowl and digital controls with pre-set timer. Other features include: Capable of reaching 392 degrees F in 10 minutes 30% energy efficiency Heatproof tempered glass (up to 365 degrees F variance) Sears meat quickly on the outside, sealing juices inside Instant response to manual temperature changes 2000 RPM motor No soot or unsavory smoke produced Digital control with display and safety handle switch Temperature range: 158 ~ 482 degrees F (70 ~ 250 degrees C) Cook timer: 5 ~ 60 minutes Preset timer: 1 ~ 12 hours Includes 2 racks and tong PVC plastic construction The Digital Convection Cooker with Nano Carbon Fiber Heating is a convenient cooking option with easy cleanup.
