Shopper: How sturdy is the unit and how does it look?

brandie b: The unit definitely seems sturdy. I wouldn't suggest hanging off of it with all of your weight, but it should be fine until it is taken down. As for the look, I actually made some changes to it. I took off the sides and tops, they seemed to get in the way of the games. But I love it. I hope that helps. :)

Beth L: Two of them are still on my wall and full and full of movies. I didn't think the overall hanging method was sturdy when I saw it but they are still there almost two years later and my kids are rather destructive with everything. They look rather good, and the purpose they serve is to maintain a certain floating on the wall look. Recommended if you don't want a shelf assembly that rises from the floor.
