My fault as I measured incorrectly. It does seem sturdy, but just doesn't work in any of my closets. Maybe my children can use it. Pros

Comments about Stacks and Stacks Double Hanging Closet Rod: I got this space saver to add some space to my closet, but it really just barely works. It is hanging too close to the ground to really hang anything long on the bottom and it is too close to the original space to hang anything up there.
