The Griddle/Plancha Plate is a cast-iron flat plate that is great for Plancha style cooking and for grilling breakfast foods such as panini, fish, etc. Utilizing the lid and the indirect cooking function, it is also great for baking bread and other goods. 
The Pizza Stone is a natural material that is porous, allowing steam to escape and creating a crispy pizza crust. Utilizing the lid and the indirect cooking function you can cook pizzas with your Element outdoor grill, providing a convenient low-mess method.

The Element Freestanding Gas Grill by Vinotemp gives you the convenience of gas in a smart new design. This gas barbecue has direct and indirect options for complete control no matter what your cooking style. No charcoal is required to whip up some grill-tastic meals any time of the year! This gas barbeque features a 24,000 BTU dual zone burner. Use zone 1 to bake, barbecue and roast or close the lid to utilize the zone 2 burner to generate convection heat. The roasting lid allows you to grill and smoke with this cylindrical outdoor grill.  The Element BBQ uses cast iron because it is the best material for maximum heat conduction. Tucked under the cast iron grill top is a wood prep tray that can hold tools, bowls, beers, and more! A removable front panel keeps the tank out of sight, but within easy reach. An electronic ignition dial gives you complete control over temperature and the dual zoned burners. Powder coated steel construction.
