Although the final product of the shoe storage unit is quite nice the experience in general was less than pleasing. Not only did the package arrive impropery packed but some pieces were either broken or missing. After requesting and receiving the additional pieces the unit was finally put together but seemed incomplete since there was no back to the bottom storage unit and the interior pieces were not finished in terms of proper staining to match the rest of the unit.
