The fact that it takes 2 to morph this table is a testament to its sturdy construction. very durable -- we are a family of 4 with a 6 year old. great for prep, dinner, homework, buffet, everything. it took me a long time to actually order the table and chairs because of the comments i read -- the corners do not wear easily, the finish does not come off easily. i am soooo happy with this table and chairs. the price cannot be beat[...] customer service followed up to make sure all was received and in good condition. i really cannot say enough about how happy i am with these pieces of furniture. i bought the table and 8 chairs.

I'm very pleased with this table. It's well constructed from quality material, it's sturdy, and attractive. I use the table in my library for projects and board gaming but it would also work well as a kitchen table. It's a practical piece of furniture that fits snug against the wall in it's smallest configuration but can be reconfigured in three additional increasing sizes as needed. I'd describe the look as clean, simple, with the pleasant warmth of wood. The table gives a homey, relaxed feel to a room.
