Works just as described, and has been stuck very firmly to the bathroom mirror - no problems at all with it becoming detached. A great little clock.

Everything is fine about this clock--except the actual clock mechanism. Installed in my bathroom (which never gets steamy) it lasted 18 months. A replacement is now losing time after 3 months. It is too bad that such a fine design has such an unreliable clock mechanism.
