Comments about Stacks and Stacks Fresh Snow Bedspread with Tufted Chenille: My son wanted a new comforter/bedspread and picked this out on the website based on description and photo. I actually tried to convince him to pick out something else because I thought it was a little feminine in style, but he said he wanted something soft that he could wrap up in while sleeping or lying in bed watching tv. Shopper: Does this shed when washed and how badly? Can it be washed?
Matt M: Denise, I checked with the manufacturer and this is what they said: "Yes it can be machine washed. Warm, gentle cycle. It will shed as all chenille spreads do. they will need to make sure they empty their dryer lint catcher a few times during the cycle."
