A hall bench, in the entryway, is the most important piece of furniture. This is a great place to sit and put your shoes and a nice place to wait for other family members to get ready before an outing. Small upholstered benches work in the entryway, and also in the bedroom, choose from Shantung Skirted Benches and simple wrought iron bedroom benches with cushioned seats. Hall Benches

Here are some tips on how to chose a hall bench. First and foremost is style. If you like antique style, the Plantation Bench with wooden slat back is a great choice. For more modern homes, a contemporary espresso bench with black leather seat will give the look you want. We have many different sizes, including small one seat and two seat benches, great in tight spaces, mudrooms and hallways, and full size benches with backs for larger areas. Choose from a variety of woods and wood veneers, from traditional oak and cherry to modern black and white benches.

Storage Benches

A storage bench does double duty in the hallway or entryway. A bench with cubbies underneath can hold everyone’s shoes, and also give them a place to sit while putting them on. For more discrete storage, choose a bench with built in drawers. This is a great place to hold your purse, keys, shoes and more, where no one but you will find them! A gossip bench is an old idea, but is updated with modern colors and materials. This is a great place to put your phone and message pad, and gives you a comfortable seat while chatting with friends.
