The product is a great concept; however, the cushion is way too thin and the temperature conforms to the temperature outside. If it is hot, the cushion gets very hot. If it is cold, the cushion is very cold.

very expensive. They hated it. I bought it in November as a Christmas gift but STACKS has a 30 day return policy. My time ran out. Useless, it's still in the bag, I want to return it and get my money back, very unhappy with product but more so with return policy.
