Great for my back. Heed the "do not tip sideways" warning!!!! Caught myself a couple of times, stopping with my hand on the ground. Last time I was on my raised garden behind a retaining wall, reached to touch the ground to stop falling sideways, and hit air. Tumbled off the wall onto my head on the grass below. Will continue to use the stool, but will be much more careful.
