We really wanted to give these benches five stars because we are so satisfied with them. Both the benches and the baskets are great quality. The only flaw was that when my husband assembled them, he ran into a qlitch with the hardware provided. The first bench went together beautifully but two of the screws provided for the second one were the wrong size. Luckily, he has a supply of hardware and was able to find substitutes but this could be a headache for someone else.

We have put this bench in an area that you see as you walk in our front door. I added a few hooks on the wall for jackets, backpacks and purses. It has made a huge difference with organizing my 2 young kids' shoes and items they misplace regularly. I would highly recommend this product.

Our family schedules were about to get really crazy. I was worried about staying organized. I use the bins to have the kids put their shoes in (I labeled them). The kids then put their homework on the little shelf. finally, they put their backpacks on top, and sit on it to put on shoes. It's awesome!
